Privacy Policy

TL;DR — SingTuner processes audio on your device to detect pitch. We don't record, transmit, or store your voice. We don't collect analytics, use third‑party SDKs, or profile you. No account needed.

1. Who we are

SingTuner is developed by BRANDO.PRO SIA (registered in Latvia). You can reach us at [email protected]. For the purposes of the GDPR we are the data controller for any information described below.

2. Microphone access

SingTuner uses the microphone to analyse the frequency of your voice in real time and show you the corresponding musical note and tuning deviation.

• Audio is processed only on your device. It is never uploaded, saved to disk, or sent over the network.
• The microphone is only active while the app is open and in the foreground. When the app is backgrounded, audio capture stops.
• You can revoke microphone access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.

3. Data we store on your device

SingTuner saves your preferences (sensitivity, voice isolation, note range, A4 calibration, display choices, etc.) in the standard iOS UserDefaults store on your device. These preferences never leave your device.

4. Data we collect about you

None. Specifically:

• No usage analytics.
• No crash reporting beyond what Apple collects when you opt in via iOS settings.
• No advertising identifiers.
• No third‑party tracking SDKs.
• No account creation; no email or name collection.

5. Children

SingTuner is safe for all ages. Because we don't collect any personal information, there is nothing for us to process on behalf of children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA).

6. Network access

The SingTuner app does not make network calls during normal use. If that ever changes (for example, to show release notes), this page will be updated before the feature ships, and the request will be described here.

7. Apple Watch

The Apple Watch companion works the same way as the iPhone app: microphone access on your watch, on‑device processing, no transmission. Preferences are stored on the watch itself.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

Because we don't collect personal data, there is typically nothing to erase or export. If you believe we hold any information about you, email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make changes we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted in a banner inside the app on the next release.
