These terms govern your use of the SingTuner app on iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, distributed by BRANDO.PRO SIA.

1. License

We grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use SingTuner on Apple devices you own or control, for personal and professional vocal practice. The app itself, including all images, icons, and code, remains our intellectual property.

2. No fee

SingTuner is distributed free of charge. We reserve the right to offer paid add‑ons in the future; any such offer will be clearly optional and will not affect features that were free at the time of your download.

3. Accuracy

SingTuner uses the YIN pitch‑detection algorithm running entirely on‑device. It's designed to be accurate for a single singing voice in a reasonably quiet room. We do not guarantee any specific degree of accuracy for professional tuning work, studio mixing, or non‑vocal instruments.

4. No professional advice

SingTuner is a practice aid, not a substitute for a qualified vocal coach or music teacher.

5. Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BRANDO.PRO SIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
