Common questions

The tuner isn't picking up my voice.
Grant microphone permission in iOS Settings → SingTuner → Microphone. If it's already on, open Settings inside SingTuner and slide Sensitivity to the right. Also make sure Voice Isolation matches your voice range (80–1000 Hz is the default, best for most singers).
The note jumps around too much.
Raise Stabilization (smooths frequency jitter within a note) and/or Note Hold (holds the displayed note longer on vibrato). For staff notation, pushing Note Hold to "Sustained" gives a very calm display.
I want to tune to 432 Hz.
Settings → Calibration → turn off Use Default, then drag the A4 slider to 432.0 Hz. Range is 432–446 Hz in 0.1 Hz steps.
How do I hide the piano?
Tap the piano icon in the bottom dock. The pitch graph keeps scrolling; only the keyboard is hidden.
Apple Watch app won't hear me.
Check watchOS microphone permission, and make sure the watch isn't too far from your mouth (the watch mic is directional). Try lifting your wrist closer during a phrase.
Is there an Android version?
Coming soon to Google Play.
