Privacy Policy

TL;DR — SingVoicer processes your voice on your device and saves recordings only on your phone. We don't transmit audio, collect analytics, use third‑party SDKs, or profile you. No account needed.

1. Who we are

SingVoicer is developed by BRANDO.PRO SIA (registered in Latvia). You can reach us at [email protected]. For the purposes of the GDPR we are the data controller for any information described below.

2. Microphone access

SingVoicer uses the microphone to run your voice through its effects in real time and, when you press Record, to save what you hear as an audio file.

• Audio is processed only on your device. It is never uploaded or sent over the network.
• The microphone is active only while Live mode is on. Tap the mic button again and capture stops.
• You can revoke microphone access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.

3. Recordings

Recordings are saved as WAV files in the app's private storage on your device. They leave your device only when you choose to share one using the iOS share sheet, and then only to the app or contact you pick. Deleting a recording in SingVoicer removes the file from your device; uninstalling the app removes all of them.

4. Data we store on your device

Besides recordings, SingVoicer keeps only your effect settings for the current session. Nothing is written to iCloud or any other backup we control; standard iOS device backups may include the app's files according to your own iOS settings.

5. Data we collect about you

None. Specifically:

• No usage analytics.
• No crash reporting beyond what Apple collects when you opt in via iOS settings.
• No advertising identifiers.
• No third‑party tracking SDKs.
• No account creation; no email or name collection.

6. Network access

SingVoicer does not make network calls during normal use. If that ever changes (for example, to show release notes), this page will be updated before the feature ships, and the request will be described here.

7. Children

SingVoicer is safe for all ages. Because we don't collect any personal information, there is nothing for us to process on behalf of children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA).

8. Your rights (GDPR)

Because we don't collect personal data, there is typically nothing to erase or export. If you believe we hold any information about you, email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make changes we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted inside the app on the next release.
