Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the SingVoicer app on iPhone, distributed by BRANDO.PRO SIA.

1. License

We grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use SingVoicer on Apple devices you own or control, for personal and professional vocal practice and recording. The app itself, including all images, icons, sounds and code, remains our intellectual property.

2. No fee

SingVoicer is distributed free of charge. We reserve the right to offer paid add‑ons in the future; any such offer will be clearly optional and will not affect features that were free at the time of your download.

3. Your recordings

Everything you record with SingVoicer belongs to you. We claim no rights over your recordings and never receive them. You are responsible for what you record and share, including obtaining permission from other people whose voices you capture.

4. Hearing safety

SingVoicer includes an output limiter and warns you about speaker feedback, but it cannot control the volume of your headphones or connected equipment. Keep monitoring levels comfortable; prolonged listening at high volume can damage hearing. Audio latency depends on your device and accessories and is not guaranteed.

5. Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BRANDO.PRO SIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
